For this Premier Cru Pommard, 100% Pinot Noir grapes were harvested by hand and carefully destemmed. Fermented in open vats for 18 days, the wine then aged to develop its structure and complexity.

Aging: in 100% French oak barrels (25% new oak) for 16 months, with 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
