Oriol Rossell Cava Brut Nature Reserva is produced from estate-owned vineyards situated 150 meters above sea level. The soils here are predominantly poor, chalky clay-loam with some sandy-loam. Organic viticulture, hand harvesting, and manually selected there are no cutting corners at Oriol Rossell they primary focus is to produce quality Estate wines and some of the best sparkling in all of Spain. The wine is manually turned on riddling racks and spends 3 months aging on the lees and another 20 months in bottle before release.
Tasting Notes: 55% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeu, 15% Parellada. Pale yellow-colored Cava with fine and persistent bubbles. Intense aroma with fruity and floral hints and gentle notes of aging. On the palate, the wine is fresh, slightly sweet, and a very round palate. Recommended with assorted salads, pasta, rice, and fish dishes.
