Château Grand Village is a charming Bordeaux estate where the Guinaudeau family has been making wine since 1962. Nestled in the beautiful Fronsac region, this vineyard is the beloved home of the same family behind the legendary Château Lafleur in Pomerol.

The Guinaudeau family's wine journey began in 1872 with Château Lafleur. Jacques and Sylvie Guinaudeau took over in 1984, making it their own in 2001. Their wines, often praised by critics like Robert Parker, have a reputation for excellence.Their wine and commercial consultants are no other than ICONIC experts at Jean Pierre Moueix, owners of the famous Château Pétrus.

In 2002, Jacques and Sylvie’s son Baptiste and his partner Julie joined the team, bringing fresh ideas and passion. Together, they've raised the bar at Grand Village, treating it with the same care as Château Lafleur.

If you want to experience the Guinaudeau family's winemaking brilliance without the high price tag of Château Lafleur, Grand Village is your go-to. This wine punches well above its Bordeaux Supérieur label, offering an exciting taste of Bordeaux’s Right Bank.

Aging: 15 months in French oak barrels (with 33% new oak)

75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine bursts with fresh black cherries, plums, and a touch of forest floor. It’s charming and perfect for enjoying now, but also has the potential to age gracefully.
