The Grande Cuvée 1531 Rosé Brut NV pays homage to this historic winemaking legacy, sourced from carefully selected vineyard sites in Limoux’s cool-climate terroir. The region’s combination of Atlantic and Mediterranean influences allows for slow grape ripening, ensuring freshness, vibrant acidity, and a well-structured palate. The vineyards benefit from limestone-rich soils, which contribute to the wine’s characteristic minerality and finesse.

Crafted from a harmonious blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir, this Crémant is made using the traditional method, undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle and aging for 12 months on the lees.
