A unique white port made from white Portuguese grapes including Malvasia Fina, Moscatel, Rabigato, and Gouveio. This port leans toward the more white port dry style. It may have some natural sedimentation and will have nutty flavors.
About the Winery
Santa Eufemia is one of the few Portuguese-owned Port producers. This is a fourth-generation family enterprise, but it was not until 1992 that they began to commercialize wines under their own name. The Carvalho family crafts tiny quantities of superb vintage Port as well as a range of aged tawnies up to 40 years of age. They excel with rare white ports and colheitas. They also produce dry white and red wines.
