About the wine
Made from the white vinification of the most important black grape variety of Salento, Piccolebolle is the first sparkling wine from Negroamaro, Martinotti method, completely produced and sparkling in the cellar. It is the result of a specific cultivation technique in the field and excellent work in the cellar, another great and innovative interpretation of our most suitable territory. It has a beautiful body, which stays in the mouth for a long time.
The Duca di Carlo Guarini estate is a long-standing family farm. The wines come from native Salento vines vinified in red, rosé, and white. All in purity and certified organic, made with competence and sincerity, always looking for the best expression of the land, respecting the environment and consumers.
Tasting Notes
straw-yellow color with brilliant golden reflections, subtle and persistent pearlage. Particular aroma with citrus hints, refined, harmonious with a pleasant persistence.
