Enrique, the Senior Winemaker at CaliPaso, has an unwavering passion for wine that has taken him on an incredible journey from his hometown in Mexico to the heart of Paso Robles wine country. He's a true embodiment of the American Dream, having started his wine journey as a Cellar Rat, working his way up through various roles in the wine industry, all while pursuing wine education through seminars at UC Davis California and Fresno State. Today, Enrique's remarkable journey has come full circle, as he crafts exceptional wines at CaliPaso and runs his own boutique winery, Diablo Paso, specializing in Spanish Varietals.
