About the Wine

Mind the Grapes is a collaborative effort between longstanding wine professionals  Augusto Ferrarese and Ryan Zeman. The concept behind the label is to create a high-quality wine from organically grown grapes at an affordable price. They have certainly achieved the perfect thirst-quenching daily drinker here, available in the perfect serving size!

The grapes that go into this wine are grown completely organically in the small town of Lazise next to Lake Garda in northern Italy. The vineyard was fully converted to organics in 2018 and the production of the wine is clean and completely vegan. If you are going to keep a half bottle on hand, ready to drink any day of the week, this is the wine you want.

Tasting Notes: 100% Pinot Grigio. The noes offers a melange of fruit aromas, pears, kiwi, apricot. On the plate this is bright and refreshing, reaffirming those fresh fruit aromas.
