Sweet without being cloying

A fun addition to our Christmas Day. Incredibly fresh and vibrant for a wine which is nearly as old as the grandparents. Much more fresh and vibrant than the grandparents, for example. Drank like a mature Madeira and was a great match for our Christmas pudding.

A sweet white from the south west of France, kept in barrels for 60 years and bottled about two years ago. Pale golden, smooth and sweet, drink as an aperitif or with dessert. Quite unusual and rather fine.
