This Clos Beauregard shows lovely depth and intensity with very fine tannins that are layered and focused. The dark fruit and flowers are focused and pure. Extremely well done for the vintage.Better than 2022. ~94-95 JS

The 2023 Château Clos Beauregard has a darker, smoky edge as well as earthy tobacco, graphite, and floral nuances. These all carry to a medium to full-bodied, concentrated Pomerol revealing ripe, firm tannins, good mid-palate depth, and plenty of length on the finish. This is never the most elegant Pomerol, but it has good mid-palate depth and density and outstanding potential. ~89-92 JD
