The Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT designation, located in the far northern reaches of Italy, spans the Trentino-Alto Adige region and extends into Veneto. This area is renowned for its dramatic alpine landscape, characterized by the Dolomite Mountains which provide a stunning backdrop to scattered vineyards. The cool nights and warm, sunny days foster a diurnal temperature variation crucial for the extended growing season, allowing the grapes to achieve full phenolic ripeness. This unique terroir imparts a distinct character to the wines, with an emphasis on freshness and complexity.

Infiné 1939 is a tribute to David S. Taub, celebrated as the “Father of Pinot Grigio.” David’s pioneering spirit in introducing Pinot Grigio to the American market and showcasing Italy’s finest wines has been honored through this winery.

Founded by Marc D. Taub, President & CEO of Palm Bay International, and his son Jake, Infiné 1939 continues David’s legacy. Their collaboration with Carlo Ferrini, one of Italy’s top winemakers, and the Edmund Mach Foundation ensures the highest quality of wine.

Winemaker Carlo Ferrini earned the title Enologist of the Year by both the Associazione Italiana Sommelier in 2003 and Gambero Rosso in 2000. In 2008, Wine Enthusiast proclaimed him Winemaker of the Year.In the introductory speech given before presenting Ferrini with his Wine Enthusiast award, it was noted that although he works with many of Italy’s most renowned estates such as Mazzei's Fonterutoli, San Leonardo, Brancaia, Brolio, and Poliziano—he never loses sight of “the individual characteristics of a specific region, a specific territory, or a specific vineyard.”

The 2015 ‘At Last’ Cuvee Bianco blends Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and Riesling Renano, sourced from the prestigious Valle dei Laghi. This sub-Mediterranean microclimate, combined with the region’s high altitude of 245 meters (803 feet), enhances the wine’s complexity and elegance. The grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards with low yields to ensure optimal concentration and quality.

The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel to maintain its freshness and primary fruit characteristics. It is aged on its lees for added depth and complexity before being bottled and aged for an additional eight months. This careful winemaking process results in a white wine that is both vibrant and refined.

Infiné 1939 wines are recognized for their exceptional quality, with numerous accolades from prestigious wine critics, including 90+ point scores from Wine Enthusiast, Vinous, and Wine & Spirits. The custom-designed bottle, inspired by David Taub’s passion for fine glassware, reflects the winery’s commitment to both tradition and artistry.

Aging: 8 months in stainless steel

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and Riesling Renano. Bright, greenish-yellow color. Aromas of green apple, citrus, and white flowers with a hint of flinty minerality. On the palate, it reveals a refreshing acidity, balanced by layered flavors of pear, lime zest, and subtle spice. The finish is crisp and clean, with a touch of herbal notes.
