7 Generations & Over 150 Years of Winemaking Expertise: 2021 Domaine Henri Latour Bourgogne Hautes Cote de Beaune Rouge

HERE IT IS! This is the wine you MUST have for all your upcoming holidays: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and even New Year's, you name it! But honestly, at this price, it's also the IDEAL wine for any given Friday. And when you discover that it's a Cote de Beaune, it becomes even more impressive, doesn't it?

We ABSOLUTELY adore the 2021 Domaine Henri Latour Bourgogne Hautes Cote de Beaune Rouge. Ever since we brought in the 2019 vintage, we've been head over heels for it, and it's clear you guys were too since we SOLD OUT in no time!

It's from a family-owned and operated Domaine that's currently run by the 7th generation. Rome wasn't built in a day, and seven generations later this Domaine is kicking ass and taking names!

So, what can you expect from this wine?

The 2021 Hautes Cote de Beaune is driven by beautiful red fruits, raspberries, fresh cherries, ripe strawberries, red beets, 5-spice, and a touch of forest floor. Layers of red fruits coat the palate with soft tannins, massaging every inch of the tongue. It's a refreshing, medium-bodied beauty with a lengthy finish. It's time to dive into Burgundy's epicness without breaking the bank.

This wine comes from Burgundy's most elevated vineyards. They were once seen as an unattractive appellation, at an elevation that wouldn't be able to achieve ideal ripeness. However, due to rising temperatures, this sub-region has been turning out beautiful wines with great freshness and minerality.
