The vines thrive in calcareous and colluvial alluvial terraces. The vineyard is managed undersustainable and organic practices.
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is aged for 6 months in steel tanks “sur lies” (meaning that the wine is kept in contact with its lees during the aging process). This results in a complex wine, with aromas of tropical fruits and white floral notes. The palate is elegant, unctuous, and vibrant.
