About the Wine

Since 1928, the Botter family has dedicated itself to winemaking trough passion, talent, and commitment. They combine elements of artisan tradition and industrial innovation to bring their wines onto the highest stage of wine excellence. Today, the 3rd generation leads the focus on quality, innovation, coupled with a touch a creativity, to produce an unequivocally pristine expression in all of their wines.  

Puglia, located in southern Italy, is most commonly identified as the heel of the Italian “boot." This region is home “Tor del Colle.” Their aim is to express the culture and tradition of the Italian “heel”, where the wines have a distinctive, definite flavor as their region. These wines are one of a kind and induce feelings of a Mediterranean breeze under the warmth of the sun.  

Tasting Notes: Intense red color. Ethereal and rich bouquet jumps out of the glass, notes of vanilla and ripe red fruits encompass the nose. The wine is dry, and fresh with a tangy finish. The Brindisi is a perfect compliment to white and red meats, roasts, game, lamb and mature hard cheeses
