This is a lean-bodied white with plenty of refreshing acidity and crispness. This bottle is a joy to drink, preferably with some stuffed clams. Bright straw yellow. Clear hints of wet stone on the nose, a pinch of chamomile blossom, then citrus fruit and sea salt, even slightly medicinal in the aftertaste.
