When the team began sourcing grapes from Floyd Silva's vineyard, they discovered some of the finest Cabernet Franc they had ever encountered. The result is Steele.

Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.

100% Cabernet Franc. This wine offers a vibrant bouquet of ripe raspberry and cassis, layered with peppery undertones, coffee, and cocoa. On the palate, juicy blueberry and raspberry flavors dominate, supported by well-structured tannins and a balanced acidity that provides a refreshing lift. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of dark chocolate and spice, making it an ideal pairing for grilled filet steaks or seared Ahi tuna.
