60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir sourced from Grand Cru villages of Verzenay, Beaumont-sur-Vesle and Verzy; dosage 5gr/l ; primary fermentation 100% in barrel. 3 years minimum ageing on the lees.
Tasting Notes: Bright nose of apple fruit with pointed minerality, lees and hints of toast. Very compact with lots of precision and focus through on the palate, crisp fruit with some straw and toasted bread aspects. Complete and long finish. 900 BTL production.
