Two Time Top Winemaker in Chile: 2015 Tabali Syrah Vetas Blancas

Today, we have yet another stunning offer what won’t disappoint. Its for the newbie in wine, but also for the savvy wine drinker. Its for the adventurer, but also for the loyalist.. It’s spelled “2015 Tabali Syrah Vetas Blancas” and pronounced, “The Best Chilean Syrah for Less than $25 You’ll Ever Taste”.

To fully comprehend our  level of excitement about today’s offer , there are 4 things we need to discuss:

The Region: This wine comes from the Limarí Valley. This region is not only recognized worldwide for its superb wines, but also for its sheer beauty. Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate called it “One of the 10 Most Beautiful Wine Regions in the World”. We agree.

The Winemaker: Felipe Müller, Tabalí’s winemaker is considered one of Chile´s most influential and serious winemakers. Felipe’s credentials include working at Chateau Canon La Gaffeliere and Chateau La Mondotte. He was also named “Best Winemaker of the Year” in the the Guía de Vinos de Chile 2010, and in 2014, he was chosen ‘Best Young Winemaker” (next to Aurelio Montes who was chosen Best Senior Winemaker).

The Wine Itself: Everyone one loves when a wine is aged for them, there’s a certain magic  when you can open a bottle of wine and will know that its on its peak. We did the aging job, so rest assured that whenever you open a bottle of 2015 Tabali Syrah Vetas Blancas, it isl at its PERFECT drinking time.

This wine was awarded with 93 points by the man himself, James Suckling, who described it “long and flavorful” Syrah.

With that being said, let’s talk food:

We’ve tasted this wine with many different dishes. Some of my suggestions are Mole, Bolognese pasta, grilled vegetables, and Indian food… yumm!
